Sitting alone in the white void of the stone, he watched as she sat on the floor crying out for him. She couldn’t reach him now, no matter how hard she tried. It pained him to see her so sad…

Throughout time, the stone that contained him gradually grew even more hidden in the world. Black spent all of his time sleeping and dreaming of one day reuniting with his employer. He lay down on the floor of the never ending limbo that was inside the Light Stone and dreamed. He dreamed so many dreams that mostly involved his employer. He could never talk to her but he could see her sitting alone on the Battle Subway or walking across Nimbasa City’s Streets and even sometimes see her negotiating with more business partners… but what tormented him was occasionally seeing her cry alone in his dreams… he misses her so much.

In the middle of his usual rounds of occasionally waking up to nothing but the echoes of his every breath, he heard something different.

Black sat up and looked around to see what could possibly be the source of the noise. He stopped breathing for a moment to listen but his heartbeat then replaced the echoes of his breath. He breathed out after his failed attempt at identifying what was the source of the strange noise that broke the cycle of sounds in his isolated state.

The boy stood up off the ground and blinked. He could still hear the noise over his breathing.
He walked a few steps forward until he remembered as soon as it did; the sound of his footsteps and his breathing drowned out the strange noise.

Black couldn’t tell how long he had been kept inside the stone, but he knew that his feeling of being completely and utterly alone for so long had done a number on his sanity. Suspecting that nothing was abnormal; he lay down and continued to sleep again.

Then the noise came back to him in his sleep.
He woke up to find see a small silhouette of a being in the distance far from where he had been sleeping.

He picked himself up and ran in the direction the dark figure was. No matter how long he ran… he never came any closer to it.

He eventually tired out and fell flat on the floor with small tears streaming out of his closed eyes. He placed his hands over his face and curled up in a fetal position in his desperate attempt to cope with being alone for another eternity. The hope he had hung on to for so long was nearly gone.

After what seemed like another eternity, he started hearing the strange noise again.

“If there’s anybody out there… please… say something…”, he muttered in his sleep on the endless floor.

He opened his eyes to find himself sitting in a row of seats in an obscure theater somewhere he couldn’t recognize. He gasped in shock at the sudden change of his environment. He looked around to see there was nobody in the dimly lit theater but a single familiar person who sat at the front edge of the stage.

The boy slowly got up off of his seat and walked down the aisle to the familiar face who appeared to be weeping. He recognized her immediately as he walked up to her side and sat next to her.

“Prez?...”, he said to the weeping girl.

She continued to stream tears down her cheeks. They dripped on to the floor below the stage. It would appear to Black that she couldn’t hear him. She continued to look down at the floor and mourned.

“Prez… White! White!! Hey White!!”, he desperately shouted the girl’s name at her.

She continued mourn as if he wasn’t even there. Black grew frustrated at how fruitless he was to talk to her. He tried wrapping his right arm around her shoulder but his arm phased through her like he was a ghost. The boy wanted to scream at the realization this was only another dream until suddenly she stopped crying and wiped her tears off her face. She faced forward and sighed before saying.

“I’m done… I can’t do it anymore…”, she said to herself as she slipped off of the stage and began walking up the aisle.

Black sat there for a moment trying to decipher what she meant by that until he noticed a paper she left behind on the stage. It was a formal document detailing the discontinuing of the BW Agency. At the sudden realization he shouted at the top of his lungs.

“NO!!!”

He got off the stage and started running for her in the aisle.
White stopped walking and turned her head slowly with a curious look on her face before she was suddenly tackled to the ground.

“AH!! WHAT THE?! WHO ARE YOU?! GET OFF ME!!”, his employer demanded to know who knocked her over.

White focused her vision on the boy who was her former employee. Her eyes widened at the sight of what she thought was a ghost. He stood over her with the document in hand and shouted

“WHAT IS THIS?!!! WHATT IS THIS?!!!”, the boy angrily shouted at her while pointing at the fine printed paper.

Speechless… White started to form tears in her eyes as she tried to speak to him.

“B-Black?.... i-is it really…you?”, she said with tears rolling down her eyes again.

Black calmed down and dropped the document on to the floor. Hearing her address him by his name again after so long stirred his emotions so much he was on the brink of breaking down in tears.
He extended his hand to her and she grabbed it. He pulled her up and embraced her as tight as he could. They both cried on each other’s shoulders as they hugged in the theater. Her face rubbed against his shoulder and his on hers. They stopped hugging for a moment and looked at each other still in each other’s embrace. They smiled as they both wiped each other’s tears off their faces.

“Don’t cry for me. I’m still here…”, he said to her with a smile.

She couldn’t stop tearing up at the sight of her long lost employee.

“You… I don’t understand… I missed you so much!! I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anything at the time I-I… I’m so sorry...”, she apologized for what she couldn’t control.

Black shook his head and embraced her with his palm behind her head.

“No no it’s not your fault. Nothing is. It couldn’t be helped… It’s better me than you…”, Black said to her.

“But… but… I can’t I’m sorry I just… I missed you so much…”, White muttered before she couldn’t speak anymore on the subject.

She held him tightly in her embrace as she continued to cry on his shoulder. Black smiled and hugged back with tears streaming down his cheeks as well. He whispered into her ear before he started fading out of existence.

“I miss you too… Don’t give up… I’m always with you in your dreams… don’t ever give up on your dreams… the agency deserves to go on… don’t give up on me… the story is not over yet… I’ll always be with you…”

“… B…Black?...”, she muttered as she noticed his shoulder growing transparent.

“Always with you…”, he whispered again.

White stopped hugging him to see her beloved employee growing transparent. In an effort to keep him there she tried to grab on to his chest with her arms. Her arms phased through him. He disappeared out of existence completely and left her alone again.

Instead of weeping again at the moment he disappeared, she picked up the document and ripped it into pieces. She breathed in and repeated his message.

“You are always with me… in the agency….”, she said with a single tear rolling down her cheek.

Black woke up in the Light Stone’s void again. He wished he could have stayed with her more but now all he had to do with his refreshed feeling of hope was dream and watch over his employer from within the Light Stone. He continued to observe her in her new adventures with the agency to perform and act in different forms media and entertainment.  And so he slept for the longest again time until the day he would finally be free with his team from the stone…
This fiction was an effort to cauterize the bleeding in my heart... unfortunately It might've backfired a little...

Don't Give Up. In the BW2 arc they HAVE to use Reshiram for White Kyurem whether they like it or not!
